Hi!

Nak promote sikit tentang Roses Homestay Manjung.

We have a homestay available for booking during your stay in Seri Manjung, Perak if you're looking for one.

It's a semi detached 1 1/2 story house with spacious compound for parking (can fit 2,3 cars) or barbecue nights ;)

The house has 4 bedrooms and all of them are installed with air-conditioners and beds. There are two bathrooms and the bathrooms are not attached to any room.

You can cook too cos ada dapur gas dan kelengkapan asas seperti kuali, periuk, peti sejuk dan lain-lain. There is also a fully automatic washing machine complete with a place to hang clothes.

The living room is furnished with sofa and a TV.

What's the rate like?


Well, the rate is as follows:-

Weekdays: RM200 per night

Weekend: RM250 per night.


Weekend = check ins on Friday or Saturday

Kindly be informed that there is a booking fee of RM50 required.

Upon check in, payment of RM200 @ RM250 must be done (depends on what day u're checking in).

We will return back the booking fee (RM50) after the key is collected and there's no permanent damage or missing item from the house.



Oh yes, we also provide shuttle/transfer from the house to Lumut Jetty or Marina Island Jetty at affordable price. Upon request ya. As long as can fit into Nissan Serena, boleh je ;) (kot-kot la tak nak parking kat tepi jeti tu, kami boleh hantar dan ambil di jeti if nak jalan-jalan ke Pulau Pangkor)

Just a quick update cos aku tengah free sikittttt pagi ni cos takde gym today.

Kepala bertobek cos main gunting kat kedai. Mak tak perasan cos busy ngadap komputer... ni pun Pak Ucu perasan. >_<




Blah dari kedai terus pergi gunting rambut. Tak pasal-pasal dah botak.




Nasib baik botak pun hensem yer Ajin. haha






Next, nak update tentang my fitness routine.

Okey, seperti yang aku pernah update kat blog ni. Aku start pergi gym pada bulan Feb aritu. Sampai la bulan puasa aku terus stop. Dah tak bayar trainer cos puasa, then raya.

Bulan Feb - berat dalam 85-84kg

Bulan July (raya Julai kan?) - berat aku 75kg.

Pastu Ogos takde upah trainer. Aku naik cross trainer kat rumah je KALAU RAJIN.

Then pikir-pikir balik, aih takleh jadi ni. Masih overweight (tak obese dah ok) and belum capai target (target sebenar 65kg tapi actually asalkan under 70kg, aku ok dah).

So start September. aku upah trainer again.

Fyi, sebenar-benarnya boleh je tak upah trainer TAPI!!

1. Keazaman kena kuat
2. Rajin tengok youtube and study teknik-teknik yang betul untuk weight training
3. RAJIN WORKOUT

Oleh kerana aku ni pemalas and memang kena ada pompom girl, takpe, kita melabur sikit la untuk sihat kan... secara tak langsung dapat juga bagi trainer aku pendapatan cos memang dia full time train orang.

So yeah, since dah start last month, berat aku masih maintain 75kg wakakakaka...

TAPI, aku tak kisah sangat cos aku sendiri boleh nampak perbezaan pada badan. My body is more toned and light. And I am stronger. Kalau dulu aku tak larat nak angkat berat 13kg ish, now rileks macam tak mende. See?

Aku tak kejar sangat la nak 65 kg cos now pun dah ok jer... still chubby gitu-gitu and perut buncit argh hahahaha


Work out semalam. Semalam main bicep and back.
Ni gambar weight pada lat pulldown machine seperti di bawah ni.




So pada berat 13.5 kg aku angkat sebanyak 30 kali, diikuti makin berat 18kg 25 kali and last yang paling berat 22.5kg sebanyak 15 kali.

Sekali buat dikira 1 set.

Haa kalau dgn Kak Yanti kena buat sampai 4 sets. 

Memang tak larat especially yang 22.5 kg tu tapi dia support la bila dh tak larat sangat.

That's why aku suka ada trainer. Dapat push diri sendiri dengan dorongan dia.


Aku ingat lagi, masa mula-mula pergi gym nak angkat 13.5kg tu pun cam nak haup nak abiskan 3 sets. Sekarang angkat 30x takde rasa mende pun. Yeay Mak kuat! XD





Ni kalau main kaki... if main kaki, satu hari tu memang just work out kaki jela or orang panggil 'Leg day' cos ko tak larat dah nak buat benda lain.

Leg workout sangat-sangat bagus untuk slimkan kaki gemuk. Tapi standardla if lepas tu kaki tu macam jelly or jalan mengengkang and tak larat gilaaaa. That means it works lah.

Leg day aku adalah pada hari Khamis & Jumaat cos ada weekend untuk recover hehehe...
Kalau buat awal minggu takut tak larat nak pergi gym dah pastu.



Beria kan? Beli gloves bagai hahaha... poyo jer.
Beli cos nak bergayut la konon-konon, tapi gloves ni tak best sangat cos murah. Still sakit tangan. Nak yang best kena beli glove harga seratus lebih tu.. nak buat deadlift pun best.

Sebut tentang deadlift, start last week Kak Yanti dah masukkan deadlift tu dalam benda yang aku kena buat at least twice a week? i dont know.

Fyi, Kak Yanti ni ratu deadlift. Dia memang gile angkat berat... =D

Badan kecik je tapi kuat oo.. dia tengah nak influence aku la ni hahaha...

First aku angkat 10 kg, 5/5
Then angkat 20 kg, 10/10

Tu last week yang aku tak larat gile.

Semalam aku tak angkat dah 10kg, but angkat 20kg & 25kg.

Haaa amekau.

Baru lepas lunch kat Aeon Manjung, heading back to my shop with Razin in the car.

Then suddenly he said, "Mak, Ajin haus... Haus la... Haus..." while eyeing the air-conditioners inside the car. (sebab aku pesan before this untuk slowkan rear aircond. Dia sorang je pun yang kat belakang)

Eh, bila masa pulak Razin pandai guna perkataan haus ni?

"Ajin haus?"

"Ye Mak. Ajin haus la. Buka la aircond kuat eh"

Aikkk. Mintak aircond, bukan air.

"Ajin tau tak haus tu ape?"

"Haus tu panas la Mak"

Hahaha... gelak dalam hati.

"Bukan la Ajin. Haus tu maksudnya dahaga. Nak minum air. Bukan panas."

"Haus tu panas. Sebab tu Ajin cakap Ajin haus"


"Bukan... Haus tu maksudnya dahaga. Mana Ajin dengar orang cakap haus ni? Teacher ke? Ke kawan-kawan?"

"Ajin la cakap"

"Mmm ok tapi Ajin salah faham. Haus means thirsty. Not hot. Ok?"
Senyap.

Aku sambung lagi, "Kalau Ajin duduk tengah panas, memang la panas kan? Bila panas, Ajin haus. Rasa nak minum air, betul tak? Tapi haus bukan maksud panas. Haus maksudnya dahaga, nak air"


"Okay Ajin panas. Ajin kuatkan aircond ye Mak"

"Haa kuatkan la..."

Ha? Tak habis-habis lagi blog tentang #ananakkurus? Ehhh suka hati aku la blog aku kannn...

Biase ar, bila dah nampak ade perubahan, semangat sikit hehe...


Current weight.


Still kadang-kadang jadi 80kg jugak tapi sebab dah tau badan aku camne, aku positif yang memang berat boleh turun lagi if I keep doing what I'm doing.

To tell the truth, it is not easy to maintain your schedule to work out at least 3 times in a week.

Kalau lah aku ini seorang makan gaji yang kerja 9-5 every weekdays, memang aku susah le sikit nak luang masa nak ke gym.

Banyak halangannya especially if you're a mom.

Kalau bujang, insya Allah bole la lagi spend masa malam tu kan...

All in all, I'm so grateful that I have a business on my own that I can delegate to my staff at the shop.


However, if you really looking forward to shed some weigth and stay fit, maybe you can do a little bit of research on quick exercises that you can do at home.

Aku memang takde masa nak google-google sangat so I listened mostly to what my trainer said.


If you're big like me (berat 80kg ke atas dengan tinggi 160cm), running or jogging may not be suitable for you in the beginning. Sakit lutut weh... even jogging pun macam nak tumpo. I learned that in a hard way. Sakit nak mampos kaki aku padahal aku lari seminit dua je masa atas treadmill... Selebihnya jalan laju je... Berlari 1 minit after every 15 minutes and almost 4 hari kaki/lutut aku sakit.


I found this link to be very useful. Those were the exercises I did with my trainer. At first we started with 2 sets of 12 reps. Now dah up ke 4 sets!

TETT!!

Aku sambung balik entry ni pada 10 Oct 2016 cos lama gile benda di atas tu kat "Drafts"

Well well.. dulu 79 kg eh.

Now berat dah 75 kg. My thighs still chunky tapi dah toned down and I don't look as big as I did when I was 79kg heh.

Cuma masalah besar aku sekarang ialah PERUT.

Konon-konon nak ade ade toned abs by December, tapi aku rasa macam susah giler je. Kejadahnye kan cos masih buncit lagi HAHA..

Even Kak Yantee yang train aku pn perut dia tak flat. Reason paling penting sebab tak control makan... then faktor lain maybe sebab dah 2,3x operate perut utk beranak. 

Tapi bab operate maybe alasan je la... yang sebenar-benarnya sebab tak control makan.

If selama ni aku leh bangga gitau orang yang aku TAK DIET (memang aku xdiet or makan ape2 ubat kurus okehhh) and lose weight semata-mata work out, nampaknye pasni takleh dah la cos aku KENA juga control makan jika nak perut cantik hihihihi....


We'll see how.

Really, it's not easy.

Alhamdulillah... bertemu lagi kita di sini sebulan lebih selepas previous blog entry. wakakaka..

My God... I'm beginning to be like those lazy mommy bloggers yang used to update their blogs EVERYDAY to once a month.

Since dah ade 3 orang anak ni aku noticed yang aku dah tak serajin dulu nak berfacebook or komen2 kat group di FB. Aku pun dah tak cukup masa nak spam groups di FB dgn iklan-iklan. HAHAHA

Well what can I say, time changes you.


Anyway, nak update about Razin.

Razin dah hilang 2 batang gigi depan (gigi susu) since gigi kekal dia baru tumbuh di belakang gigi susu dia tu. The first tooth cabut di Hosp Angkatan Tentera (Lumut) sebab masih kuat and takde tanda-tanda nak goyang. Nak free, pegi la kat HAT kan hahaha... Encik suami temankan dia.

Seronok betul gigi dah cabut. Siap cakap "Tak sakit pun" hehe

Second tooth tercabut dengan sendirinya di rumah cos Ayah dah malas nak pergi HAT and said "biar cabut sendiri" since gigi tu dah goyang2.

Last week pulak, (24hb Sept) Razin join Simulasi Lambaikan Kaabah, gabungan tadika swasta daerah Manjung. Actually Little Caliphs Manjung just join atas jemputan je tak silap, cos organizernyer 3 tadika lain which were Tadika Cahayaku Mindaku Bistari, Tadika ABS Manjung & Tadika Imtiyaz Bonda (yang kat Manjung)

It was a nationwide event rupanya... I mean, tadika2 swasta kat negeri lain pun ada buat.

So nak spam gambar.
