Went to Dr Diong's today sebab aku dah tak tahan sakit period pain.
Sakit yang lama and agak melampau bagi pendapat aku. I can't even laugh or cough without feeling a sharp pain to my tummy. Weirdly, bukan area ari-ari (bawah pusat) je sakit, even area tummy pun sakit jugak if tekan-tekan. Macam rahim membengkak...
So tadi masa pergi klinik, she asked how my period was like and she did the ultrasound scan. Luckily my uterus was normal. Everything looks okay. Takde cyst ke ape (was aftraid of that)...
Maybe darah ketul-ketul banyak sangat?
Though I must say ni first time period aku sampai 2x dalam sebulan.
October punye period agak lambat sikit dari biasa (which was supposedly on 3rd)

Before aku period Ahad lepas, aku dah start having cramps and sakit belakang since 21-22hb kot.
Terkejut gile tetiba eh hari Ahad tu aku period??
Hmm... Dr Diong bagi painkiller je. And she said if I'm still in pain after 3 days, visit her again. Maybe kena check dari 'bawah' pulak. Eee ngeri. huhu...
Sakit penghapus dosa no? Adehh... I'm still in pain. :(

I did ask Dr Diong, could this be because of over-exercise? Sebab aku naik bukit ke? errr.. aku ade jatuh macam nangka busuk gak masa nak turun bukit tu. Hmmm but she said from hiking should be takde ape la...
Ni macam aku ade buat abs workout yg melampau ke ape ke... well. tak jugak cos aku mmg dh selalu kot buat crunches ni. No big deal... kenapa baru sekarang nak sakit? Plus, ni bukan sakit sebab buat crunches la. Aku dh pernah rasa dah sakit workout camne, definitely tak sama.
Haihh........ semoga cepat baik. Tak larat la weiiii T_T
