Ramadhan Sale?

Alhamdulillah... dah nak masuk hari ke-4 berpuasa. So far takde ponteng sahur lagi... except today aku sahur minum air je. Selalunye paling-paling busuk buat milo cicah roti huhu... tapi pagi tadi malas kemain and ngantok sangat so togok air masak yang dah standby tepi katil jela.

1st puasa sahur dengan milo and biskut, 2nd puasa makan nasik cos kat umah mak (hehe). 3rd puasa minum air masak je..

Sahur ke4? tak tau lagi... most probably makan nasik la cos kat umah Mak ni.

Birthday Mak arini (eh semalam cos dah lepas kul 12). Dah 54 tahun umur mak. Tak sabo-sabo dah nak pencen tu sebab pergi sekolah pun bertongkat. Huhu...

Anyway...

Ok, jom update tentang sale yang sedang berlangsung di Mama Panda Store.

1st sekali and yang paling anda takleh miss ialah Boba 3g SALE. Ada 10% less dari retail price. And retail price Boba dah turun sejak 10hb June yang lalu.

Dulu, printed design RM438. Now RM398 sahaja.
Dulu jugak, plain color RM418. Now RM388 sahaja.

So after 10% less? Lagi la kurang kan... so silalah rebut peluang ini... Sale ni akan berlangsung sampai raya hehe... meh la grab seketui sempena bulan puasa. Senang nak pegi pasar Ramadhan. :P

Gedabak sangat playhouse ni.

Harga pun mahal. Tapi aku ade buat untuk instalment and kutu. 

HEHE... Belum sempat pasang lagi cos hubby is not around.

Razin pun belum tengok lagi kotak ni sume kalau tak sure excited gila.

I've been so busy this weekend. Selain dari pergi kenduri kendara saudara dan kawan, aku juga telah restock baby carriers jenama Snuggbaby!

Seriously, Stork Snuggbaby ni sangat-sangat recommended kalau nak pakai dari newborn sampai baby 3,4 tahun (depends size budak) dengan harga yang affordable. Harganya tak semahal Ergo atau Boba, tapi kualiti hampir sama! Yang lebih uniknya, Stork Snuggbaby ni was handmade by a Malaysian mom, Pn Liza Yaakup.

Aku suka Stork cos lembut dan prints cantik-cantik (penting! hehehe). Sebab aku dah biase pakai Ergo and Boba, mulanya aku tak biase sangat la dengan dia punyer buckles tapi ahh alah bisa tegal biase. Aku siap order Toddler size Stork pulak untuk my own use with Razin... guna prints Anchors Away.. Anak navy kan? hehe... tak sabar nak pakai jalan-jalan.

Of Lost World of Tambun, Boba Air and Stork Snuggbaby

Mood happy camni baru leh update blog...

Sebab last weekend laki aku balik. Hehe... so terubat la sekejap rindu tu... Then kitorang pergi Lost World of Tambun with Mamito, Nini, Diyana and Amirul. Saje nak bagi Razin main air... Turned out, anak aku takut! Or maybe dia gayat ke ape tak tau la... takut benor nak masuk dalam air. Haha.. tapi bila dah masuk ok je (atas pelampung jelah). Sabo jelah Razin ni...

Dah lama plan nak ke Lost World. Tapi setiap kali aku ajak Mak and Nini banyak je alasan. Takde duit la ape la... So, aku belanja jelah. Abis citer. Beli tiket online dapat la 15% discount. Kalau tak kena bayo RM45 sorang. huhuhu

Gambar di atas tu aku pakai Boba Air. Memang best la cos waterproof. Sesuai sesangat bawak ke Lost World. Yela, anak aku kan suke berdukung. So dukung jela... lagipun memang nak testing Boba Air tu. Best la... cos sesuai dengan situasi. Badan basah2 selambe je pakai. Cepat kering. And yang penting, compact giler. Aku dok standby je dalam handbag, ingatkan tak pakai... tapi pakai gak hehe...

Leh lipat2 je jadi purse camtu... nipis tapi kuat! 100% from nylon. Since bukan dari kain, so kalau nak pakai lama-lama di tempat takde aircond, tak sesuai kot. Berkuap ler... ni main purpose untuk pakai kejap-kejap, untuk travel and memang nak pack light or emergency standby dalam handbag. Sangat sesuai la for 2nd carrier. hehehe... Tapi pakai kat Lost World aritu ok jer.. ^__^

As you can see, memang takde padding ape pun kat Boba Air ni. Sebab tu leh lipat-lipat jadi kecik. Ade sleeping hood btw. Tu jelah... So kalau baby berat and nak pakai lama-lama for hours macam kurang sesuai. I think max maybe 1 and a half hours to 2 hours? Depends kekuatan badan anda... Aku dah biase carry baby so berjam-jam pun no hal. =P (bagus kan babywearing ni, bagi kita fit! hehe)

Anyway, I did bring a stroller too. Sebab utama ialah untuk tempat Razin tido. He'll take naps in the afternoon...

Tak bawak Quinny Zapp Xtra cos currently I loaned the stroller frame to my cousin yang nak pakai ngan maxi cosi cabriofix. Nasib baik ade stroller ni... Ok gak la tahap recline dia... Yang penting compact!

Grab one fast! Stork ni memang recommended cos leh pakai dari newborn. Siap inclusive cincher belt lagi (untuk adjust baby carrier for newborn).

Yang lagi best, leh pakai sampai baby 3,4 years old. Mind you, this is an improved version than the one I've tested/rented before (see HERE). Which reminds me, they should really change Stork yang ade kat MBW library tu kepada new one!

Body panel lebih panjang (yang old version pendek, you can see from the pics here tp tah kenapa aku tulis kat review tu body panel panjang... sebab compare ngan Ergo Original kot?), sleeping hood lebih senang dipakai - cangkuk je! (yang old version aku tak tau nak guna), lembut and material best! Ade manual, ade cincher belt and kotak pun cantik hehe...

Bukan Ije kata best, those awesome buyers pun setuju! (yela, kalau tak best, takde la aku jual... aku jual barang best2 je kwang kwang kwang)

I'll review the new version of Stork bila ade masa... Till then, toodles!

Stork Snuggbaby review

Last week I rented Stork baby carrier by Snuggbaby to try. Saje nak try... untuk tambah ilmu dan boleh jadikan rujukan kalau orang tanya. Hehehe...

Aku sewa carrier di bawah ni.

It has detachable sleeping hood.
So kalau tak nak pakai boleh cabut.
Aku dapat-dapat je terus cabut and simpan cos malas nak pakai.
Lagipun tak nak nampak hood tu terbuai-buai kalau pakai since takde pocket untuk stuff the hood pada carrier (tak macam Ergo)

Dual adjustable chest strap.
I love how it easily slides... senang nak adjust.
Ergo also has adjustable chest strap.
Tapi Ergo macam susah sikit nak adjust.

Ini pulak namanya 'Carrier Sleeve'.

Mula-mula aku rasa macam benda ni mengacau jer dan buat baby panas cos ada extra layer of cloth pulak kan... but I found it really convenient! Nanti aku tunjuk ape fungsi benda alah ni yer... hehehe...

All in all, here's my verdict:

Pros
- Soft padded carrier, so it's really comfortable
- The carrier sleeve is one of a kind! Ease of storage and great for traveling
- Dual adjustable straps
- Snug. (that's why its from Snuggbaby?) Fits me and hubby perfectly.
- Good from newborn because you can cinch the carrier to make it slimmer for newborn
- Cheaper than Ergobaby carrier. The Stork is priced at RM314


Cons
- I don't know how to use the sleeping hood.. ade hood strings... but I have no idea how to use. haha... kena google or tgk kat youtube, I guess...
- The buckle positioned at the underaarms is difficult to adjust. Kalau aku nak ketatkan strap (for high back carry), I have to take off the carrier first. Then adjust. Tak boleh nak adjust semasa sedang pakai (beza dengan Ergo, I could tightened the buckles while wearing it)
- Since I'm used to the buckles on Ergo, aku rasa macam buckle pada Stork tak berapa sedap nak guna cos posisinya di tengah-tengah. As for Ergo, aku buckle waist strap dari tepi je. :)
- A bit warmer because of the longer body panel.
- The seat is not wide enough for my baby to sit. Kaki Razin macam dangling sikit kat bahagian paha... (maybe I should try the toddler version! eh ade ke Stork for toddler eh)
