My weight loss journey

bismillahirrahmanirrahim....



Yeah I'm on a streak. Baru habiskan review Hizero yang ada dalam 'draft' since November 2019, now I feel so rajin to write about my weight loss journey.

It is January 2021 and my current weight is 71 kg.

I have lost around 13-14 kg.

I started controlling my diet in June 2019. End of June, to be exact.

24th June, first time pergi gym untuk tahun 2019.

Masa tu berat dalam 84-85 kg.

I started with Intermittent Fasting and I weight 83 kg ish.

Then I started working out again, went to the gym and did my home workouts.

Now I weight 71kg.

Paling kurus pun dapat 70 kg.

But I had massive inchloss.

Eventhough I weight 70-71 kg, I still look okay la. Nampak la kurus than before hahaha. 

Aku tinggi jugak, 164cm camtu. So even 70 kg still nampak ok.

Now nak teruskan target ke 65 kg.


Diet aku? 

Well, I just controlled my food intake and balanced it with workouts.

I still eat like usual. Makan je kek, fast food and all. And I still took sugary drinks. But the keyword is MODERATION.

Kalau buat milo ais kat anak, aku pun teringin jugak. Minum la 2,3 teguk HAHAHA...

And kalau ade hari-hari yang craving sugar and fast food (usually time-time nak period or masa tengah period), aku akan balancekan balik dengan BURN those calories by jogging ke, angkat berat ke hape.

Oh yes it wasn't easy. Kena kuat semangat and nak lagi bagus, cari geng.

Aku ada Kak Lyn as my jogging buddy. Before, aku selalu berjogging kat International School kat Manjung ni. Susut la sikit paha. Lama jugak aku tak pergi gym cos malas.

First time aku jog dalam ni. Selama dah 10 tahun kahwin dengan navy, sekali pun tak pernah jog dalam base ni wei. Or even pergi tempat yang aku pergi dengan Kak Lyn. HAHAHA

MISA and my old house in Lumut quite far jugak. So aku banyak workout kat rumah.

Now aku dah pindah rumah baru di Seri Manjung which is very near to MISA gym so now baru nak start pergi gym semula.

Takde trainer pun, tapi luckily pernah amik Kak Yantee jadi trainer few years ago (2016), so aku masih ingat la sikit-sikit ape yang dia ajar or how to use the machines. Gitu lah. Takde lah pergi gym semata-mata nak guna treadmill je.

Berat aku 71kg.
Berat Kak Lyn 74kg.

Dua-dua asalnya berat 80 lebih hahaha...

Lagi semangat le bila dah kurus sikit.
