Homestay Bajet Lumut - murah dan berbaloi

Gosh, it's been a long time since I wrote in here. Anyway, nak blog about our "homestay bajet" in Lumut for a bit.

Dah lama buat homestay bajet ni, since 2018 to be exact. Sambil-sambil je cos kedai aku ni aku sewa tingkat atas dan bawah. Bawah of course my shop, atas takde buat mende pun before. Then, by 2018 baru lah buat jadi homestay since my 2nd house was doing renovations. So barang-barang dari rumah sana takde tempat nak humban, so kite humban atas kedai. Alang-alang buat jela jadi homestay bajet hehe...

In 2020, takde ape income pun cos MCO and covid thingy. My shop suffered too. Till now macam hidup segan mati tak mahu gak ni kahkah. Susah nak cari pekerja/part timer. 

Anyway, nak update about homestay.

Homestay ni memang betul-betul bajet punye. Takde la mesin basuh ke, dapur gas etc. Tapi ada all the basic necessities!

Bilik pertama: 1 queen bed & 1 single bed

Wifi internet (unifi)

Seterika berserta iron board

Tuala, ubat gigi dan dapur masak TIDAK DISEDIAKAN.

Cleaning fees: RM30-50 applicable jika homestay ditinggalkan dlm keadaan tak memuaskan - ada brg hilang, perabot tak disusun semula spt asal, ade brg rosak atau keadaan kotor dgn alatan mkn/msk tak berbasuh dll (ambil dari security deposit RM50)

It's the cheapest option for a group.

Plus, kemudahan semua dekat. Kedai makan kat seberang bangunan je, menapak tak sampai 30 langkah dah sampai Restoran Samudera Raya. Kedai runcit kat sebelah, malam-malam pun ada burger kat bawah (6pm-12am). Kedai dobi Venice Lagoon pun sebaris... Speedmart sebaris, eh banyak lagi lah! Semua dekat.

We have another unit too yang baru siap. We call it UNIT KEDUA (obviously). It's just next to current place. Pintu sebelah-sebelah je.

Unit kedua ni no.80 (tingkat atas) dan unit sedia ada di no.81 (tingkat atas)

Bezanya di unit kedua ada 3 bilik tidur. But only 1 airconditioned bedroom - for now the price is RM120 be it weekdays or weekends. Valid till hujung tahun 2022.

Could be higher if ada tambah aircond lagi nanti who knows. Setakat ni bajet takat tu je. hehe

Roses Manjung Homestay

Hi!

Nak promote sikit tentang Roses Homestay Manjung.

We have a homestay available for booking during your stay in Seri Manjung, Perak if you're looking for one.

It's a semi detached 1 1/2 story house with spacious compound for parking (can fit 2,3 cars) or barbecue nights ;)

The house has 4 bedrooms and all of them are installed with air-conditioners and beds. There are two bathrooms and the bathrooms are not attached to any room.

You can cook too cos ada dapur gas dan kelengkapan asas seperti kuali, periuk, peti sejuk dan lain-lain. There is also a fully automatic washing machine complete with a place to hang clothes.

The living room is furnished with sofa and a TV.

Ketiga-tiga bilik ni di tingkat bawah.

Di tingkat atas ada satu master bedroom dan 1 bilik air.

What's the rate like?

Well, the rate is as follows:-

Weekdays: RM200 per night

Weekend: RM250 per night.

Weekend = check ins on Friday or Saturday

Kindly be informed that there is a booking fee of RM50 required.

Upon check in, payment of RM200 @ RM250 must be done (depends on what day u're checking in).

We will return back the booking fee (RM50) after the key is collected and there's no permanent damage or missing item from the house.

Oh yes, we also provide shuttle/transfer from the house to Lumut Jetty or Marina Island Jetty at affordable price. Upon request ya. As long as can fit into Nissan Serena, boleh je ;) (kot-kot la tak nak parking kat tepi jeti tu, kami boleh hantar dan ambil di jeti if nak jalan-jalan ke Pulau Pangkor)
