Yeah I'm on a streak. Baru habiskan review Hizero yang ada dalam 'draft' since November 2019, now I feel so rajin to write about my weight loss journey.

It is January 2021 and my current weight is 71 kg.

I have lost around 13-14 kg.

I started controlling my diet in June 2019. End of June, to be exact.

24th June, first time pergi gym untuk tahun 2019.

Masa tu berat dalam 84-85 kg.

I started with Intermittent Fasting and I weight 83 kg ish.

Then I started working out again, went to the gym and did my home workouts.

Now I weight 71kg.

Paling kurus pun dapat 70 kg.

But I had massive inchloss.

Eventhough I weight 70-71 kg, I still look okay la. Nampak la kurus than before hahaha. 

Aku tinggi jugak, 164cm camtu. So even 70 kg still nampak ok.

Now nak teruskan target ke 65 kg.


Diet aku? 

Well, I just controlled my food intake and balanced it with workouts.

I still eat like usual. Makan je kek, fast food and all. And I still took sugary drinks. But the keyword is MODERATION.

Kalau buat milo ais kat anak, aku pun teringin jugak. Minum la 2,3 teguk HAHAHA...

And kalau ade hari-hari yang craving sugar and fast food (usually time-time nak period or masa tengah period), aku akan balancekan balik dengan BURN those calories by jogging ke, angkat berat ke hape.

Oh yes it wasn't easy. Kena kuat semangat and nak lagi bagus, cari geng.

Aku ada Kak Lyn as my jogging buddy. Before, aku selalu berjogging kat International School kat Manjung ni. Susut la sikit paha. Lama jugak aku tak pergi gym cos malas.

First time aku jog dalam ni. Selama dah 10 tahun kahwin dengan navy, sekali pun tak pernah jog dalam base ni wei. Or even pergi tempat yang aku pergi dengan Kak Lyn. HAHAHA

MISA and my old house in Lumut quite far jugak. So aku banyak workout kat rumah.

Now aku dah pindah rumah baru di Seri Manjung which is very near to MISA gym so now baru nak start pergi gym semula.

Takde trainer pun, tapi luckily pernah amik Kak Yantee jadi trainer few years ago (2016), so aku masih ingat la sikit-sikit ape yang dia ajar or how to use the machines. Gitu lah. Takde lah pergi gym semata-mata nak guna treadmill je.

Berat aku 71kg.
Berat Kak Lyn 74kg.

Dua-dua asalnya berat 80 lebih hahaha...

Lagi semangat le bila dah kurus sikit.

Walawei, berzaman rasanya tak update blog.

This is the first blog post for 2020 weee..

Nak tulis tentang pengalaman buat Lasik di KPJ Ipoh.

Fyi, dah lama dah nak buat Lasik ni... since 2015 tapi masa tu baru beranakkan si Raiq, and was told kalau preggy lagi nanti mata akan blur-blur cos perubahan hormon eventho dah buat Lasik. So, I postponed my plan and duit yang terkumpul buat beli iphone kahkah

Anyway, this year pulak I wanted to terminate my old takaful policies cos coverage rendah and tak boleh upgrade plan since the plan is no longer available. So ada la a few amount of surrender value yang aku dapat cos dah bayor takaful tu since 2011-2012 lagi. Haaa, nak buat ape? Buat Lasik le hehehe

Ada a few eye clinics yang tawarkan Lasik di Ipoh. I surveyed for a while on Facebook then came across Lasik KPJ Ipoh facebook account. Stalked em and found out their price was around RM5000-6000. The last offer they did was end of last year, it was RM4999.

So I contacted them cos there was an advertisement there's more promo till June.

The promo was RM2020 per eye (sempena tahun 2020 kan). For both eyes, RM4040.

Screening fee was RM100. This one wajib buat before Lasik to check whether your eyes are suitable or not.

RM4040 tu dah included 6x followups for a year. Tapi tak termasuk la if kena add medicine ke ape... yang tu kena bayar asing hehe... cos tak semua orang kena tambah ubat.

1st follow up: the next day of Lasik
2nd follow up: after 1 week of Lasik
3rd follow up: after 1 month of Lasik
4th follow up: after 3 months of Lasik
5th follow up: after 6 months of Lasik
6th follow up: after 1 year of Lasik.

Only RM4040. Berbaloi la kan?? Plus, it's done in a well known establishment. I think it's an offer not to be missed so I quickly set up an appointment for a screening on 7th March 2020.



Screening ni mostly eye exams macam nak buat spec tu. Check kerabunan dengan optometrist then baru naik atas jumpa doktor untuk check ketebalan kornea etc.

I found out my left eye is a bit dry but overall I can have Lasik done on my eyes.

So yeah lepas je screening and tahu result, aku terus pilih tarikh untuk buat Lasik which was on 16th March 2020 (Isnin) time cuti sekolah so that I don't have to drive kids to school.

The Lasik team forwarded things I should and shouldn't do before the eye surgery:-



LASIK PRE OPERATIVE CARE

On the day of the LASIK procedure:

Do's
- Have a light meal
- Wear long sleeves and long pants. The procedure room is quite cold. (aku pakai jubah hahaha - mind you, aku balik kampung di Beruas masa ni cos 15hb March tu ade kenduri akikah so takde la bawak banyak baju hehe)
- Shower or/and wash your hair before the procedure so that you don't have to wash your hair after Lasik. This is to avoid from water getting in your eyes for the next 1-2 crucial days. (So true. Tapi aku shampoo gak after 3 days. Gile pening wei kalau tak syampu kepala hahaha... tapi kena hati-hati jangan bagi air masuk mata. Nak amik wuduk pun sama kena slow-slow je sapu muka masa 1st and 2nd days tu)
- Bring along a pair of sunglasses (PENTING)
- Get someone to drive you home. 

Don'ts
- No makeup whatsoever on your face/eyes (barefaced jelah)
- Don't use any products containing alcohol on the day of treatment such as perfume, hairspray, cologne, body lotion/spray, after shave lotion, scented hair products etc. (yang ni aku blur gak, eh abis tu takleh pakai deodorant ke? HAHA. tapi aku pikir maybe sebab ade guna laser kan... alcohol kan flammable that's why takleh ade? tapi ketiak?? so aku tak pakai la Rexona spray yang biasa aku pakai, instead I opted for roll-ons hehe)


What else?

1. Be punctual
2. You are required to sign a consent form before the treatment procedure.
3. You are required to settle your payment first before undergoing the treatment. (If nak bayar guna debit card, check limit tau. Mine rupanya ade limit udah kena berlari ke ATM kat lobi untuk kuar duit)
4. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the surgery may be delayed. Your patience and understanding regarding this matter is very much appreciated. We will do our best to minimize the delay (Hehe ni aku alami. Appointment pukul 10 tapi aku buat lasik pukul 12 lebih kot. Lama jugakkan... ade check2 mata lagi then kena menunggu doktor cos he was very busy so please banyakkan bersabar ye. That's why penting sila la makan dulu)
5. After the procedure, you may be required to rest in recovery room while waiting for your eyes to be checked by the surgeon before going home. The optometrist will explain to you use of medication kit which will be given to you.



So on that day, kami gerak awal dari Beruas. Pukul 8.30 dah gerak and sampai KPJ Ipoh pukul 9.30 pagi. Appointment pukul 10 actually. Then jumpa optometrist dekat Lasik Services di ground floor untuk check mata then baru naik atas jumpa doktor.

Our eye surgeon was Dr Lee Mun Toong, suite no. 1-06. He explained on the risks and what will happen during the Lasik procedure.



Basically this is what femto lasik procedure is.
femto = bladeless

Sebab tu kena check dulu mata untuk tahu kornea cukup tebal ke for Lasik since there will be a flap made.


Lasik lebih cepat baik berbanding PRK which was what they did before Lasik. Sebelum ada LASIK, PRK was the 1st type of laser eye surgery for vision correction. Though PRK recovery takes a bit longer than LASIK, it is still commonly performed. Sebabnya PRK ni laser tu kena direct pada permukaan kornea, so lambat nak baik. Usually untuk those yang kornea nipis and takleh wat LASIK or yang memang pilih nak PRK cos Lasik punye risks adalah kornea flap tu mungkin boleh bergerak/displaced kalau main sports, tercucuk or tergonyoh2 ngeee... read more on PRK here.

Antara yang orang nak tahu, adakah masih akan ada silau? Well, yes you could still have it.

Adakah nanti masih ada risiko rabun dekat? Means if nak membaca kena pakai spek, Yes, it still can happen after Lasik. Sebab usually bila umur mencapai 40an memang ramai orang akan rabun dekat. And I'm gonna be 35 this August.

Hadamkan segala benda yang doktor explained then I signed. Frankly benda utama aku nak ialah tak perlu pakai spek lagi. That's all. Lagipun aku dah tau bab rabun dekat tu memang ade doc hosp pantai ade bagitau dulu

And about dry eyes, aku ni memang selalu dah pakai eye drops cos mata aku selalu dry or berselaput sometimes. Efek selalu pakai lens dulu-dulu kot. Which was why lama dah aku tak pakai lens... cos mata kering bile pakai lens. Sape yang kenal aku tau lah. So I don't really mind if indeed my eyes will be dry after Lasik. Guna jela eye drops haha

Anyway, lepas jumpa doktor and tahu segala procedures and risiko, kena ke bilik pembedahan pula.

Cuak gila time ni. Kena pakai surgical gown and waited.

Bila fikir-fikir balik ape la yang aku takut sangat... haha

Ade dua station tapi aku tak perlu pikir ape just baring jela kat tempat yang disediakan.

Well it took around 30 minutes for me to finish. I don't remember much cos lupa nak pakai jam haritu. Sabar jela.

Proses LASIK adalah TIDAK SAKIT LANGSUNG.


However, aku ada rase sedikit cuak masa memula letak clamp untuk biar mata sentiasa terbuka ni.
Sape pernah tengok cerita 'itu' paham la kan hahahaha..
but it's nothing pun


Ape la yang aku takut sangat kan... hehe... bendanya memang tak sakit cos ade bius mata (numbing drop).

1st station untuk create flaps pada corneas.

2nd station baru lah laser memotong mata. I try to smell kot-kot la ade bau benda terbakar tapi takde la sangat. Ok je. Semuanya adalah OK. Takde masalah apa pun, alhamdulillah.

Right after the procedures were done, Dr Lee terus suruh aku test mata.


He asked which E and I showed using my hands.

Lepas je surgery, my eyes were blurry, time ni siap leh amik gambar send to my family chatgroups.

Jumpa optometrist and dia bagi list ubat.



Cravit and Maxidex tu habis diguna lepas 8-9 days. Lepas seminggu, pakai yang natural tears tu once or twice a day...

Masa on the way balik Beruas from Ipoh, bius mata dah hilang and my eyes felt like they were burning. Mind you, aku memang sejenis tak tahan sakit so to other people maybe macam pedih2 potong bawang (doctor said like this) but I think mine was so pedih mcm kena tonyoh cili pun yer hahahahahaha adoiii seksa weh masa 1st day.

Ada dapat painkiller Celebrex tapi haram tak membantu hape pun bagi aku. My pain tolerance memang low :p

Suruh husband beli actifast untuk help with the pain. Balik tu tido je and malamnye macam ok sikit la but still pedih-pedih. I think 24 hours still sakit kot.


Sakit-sakit juga jangan lupe bubuh eye drops...





Esoknye pergi follow up baru la ok sikit dah tak sakit sangat dah. So 17th March was our first follow up. Aku memang nak doc check betui ke ok mata aku ni cos rase mcm bertoreh je bawah mata hahaha


Dalam pic ni kat kanan tu ade budak 24 tahun datang for follow up seminggu. Means dia dah 7 hari buat Lasik and he seems ok. So aku tanya la, berapa hari mata betul-betul ok tak pedih? He said, 4 days.



So for my 1st follow up, doctor check mata and he said my flap was in place and healing. Semua ok takde apa. 

And betul lah macam mamat yang buat Lasik aritu. Hari ke-4 there's no more pedih-pedih kat mataku... alhamdulillah...


2nd follow up was 24th March. Cukup 1 week. Dr Lee said everything was ok. My eyes were healing nicely. But he gave me medicine for my red eyes. Mata putih aku ni memang ade merah-merah since before Lasik lagi. He said it's common for those yang selalu duduk tempat panas with lots of sunlight (and tak pakai sunglasses under the sun). Aku lak duduk tepi laut kan... kat Lumut... so he gave me some eyedrops for my red eyes. Yang ni kena pergi bayo time amik kt Pharmacy. :D


So that's it. Next follow up 21st April. Alhamdulillah sekarang semua ok mata jelas and power pun zero masa last time check. 

Silalah buat Lasik if you got the opportunities cos it is so worth it! sangat-sangat happy dapat lihat dunia without my glass <3

p/s: I have asked Dr Lee kalau power tinggi adakah harga masih sama and he said YES. Power byk pun same price. (my power was 300 ish)

The first time aku guna hashtag #ananakkurus2016 was in... well obviously, in 2016.

Started in Feb 2016, sampailah July 2016 aku lost 5-6 kg cmtu. Dari 81 kg ke 75 kg. Paling banyak turun pun ke 72 kg kot. Tak pernah capai lagi under 70 walaupun itu target aku.

Target 70kg je cos rase macam susah nak capai... Indeed, tak tercapai pun kahkah.

Masa 2017, try jugak nak lose weight and pergi gym bagai tapi tak consistent. Kak Yantee dah pindah and aku takde geng nak pergi gym.

For 2018 ni pulak, alhamdulillah Kak Ikin ade komen ig aku ajak pergi gym sesama bila dia baca instagram post aku tentang kegemukan aku. Berat aku dah naik balik ke 80 ish. Serius memang bila dah cecah 80 kg ni kau akan risau cos lemak banyak sangat-sangat and secara tak langsung ko jadi malasssss sangat.

So aku start pergi gym semula dengan Kak Ikin pada 10 April 2018.

Kak Ikin ni jiran kat kampung di Beruas actually. Anak Cikgu Wan & arwah Cikgu Ayeob. She's older than me... aku darjah 4, dia dah form 5 tak silap hehe... memang tak pernah pun jumpa masa kat kampung cos semua dah bawak haluan masing-masing kan. Umur pun bukannye sebaya. Memang bukan geng kawan-kawan. Tapi tup tup tengok leh pulak jumpa kat Manjung hehehe. Masa dengan Kak Yantee dulu pun Kak Ikin ada join jugak sebulan... Alhamdulillah syukur sangat ada kawan nak workout sama-sama tahun ni. Nak pergi gym ni bagi aku, kena ada kawan. Kalau tak memang kurang motivasi sikit huhu. Btw, Kak Yantee pulak baru bersalin 2 weeks ago.

Kali ni kami training di Workout Station, Manjung. Opposite Billion lama dekat hotel Leadview lama. Now hotel Leadview dah takde, bertukar ke Hotel Sfera. Billion pun dah berganti TF.

Trainer: Jack (owner gym)
Fees: RM138 seorang (untuk berkumpulan, kalau personal one vs one RM3xx). Ada 14 sesi.


Weight records yang aku buat sendiri start dari 1st day join training by Jack.



Berat di atas tu adalah masa timbang kat gym. Kitorang pergi gym pukul 5 petang until 6 camtu. Start bulan puasa, kena la pergi malam. Baru 2x aku pergi gym di bulan puasa.

Yang paling ketara of course bila dah puasa... hahahah baru la banyak berat turun. Perut pun kurang la buncitnya. Still buncit, tapi takdela rase spare tyre aku macam tyre lori lol



Untuk dapat normal BMI, berat aku kena sekurang-kurangnya 65 kg!
Ni berat masa zaman anak dara wehhh hahahaha


Berat masa kahwin around 64-65 kg. Start preggy anak sulung, naik dan naik sampai la masa 9 bulan pregnant, berat aku cecah 83-85 kg cmtu before masuk labor room. Naik 20 kg weh.

Lepas beranakkan Razin, paling kurang berat aku cecah 70 kg. Masa tu kira kurus la jugak lagi. Just slightly overweight.

Then bila preggy anak no.2 and no.3, dah le rapat-rapat... czer plak tu dua-dua. Dengan takleh berbengkung nyer... masa preggy Raiq, berat aku masa sebelum melahirkan was 97 kg! Scary sangat. huhuhu...

Lepas beranak just turun ke 80 kg camtu. Still gemuk. Sedeyyyy


Hopefully tahun ni berjaya capai berat di angka 60 ish. Target nak capai 65 kg semula. Insya Allah... memang kena diet, tapi aku ni biasa la... sejenis manusia yang suka makan and tak kisah berhabis duit kat makan. Makaaaaa, lambat la turun berat.

Ni sebab bulan puasa, and kena work out malam, nak tak nak aku kena bersederhana waktu berbuka cos ko tak nak termuntah segala makanan time workout nanti hahahaha.... so masa berbuka memang makan ala kadar je. Macam biasa... pukul 8.30 pergi work out, balik dari gym, mandi terus tido. Takde kudap-kudap dah. that's why berat cepat turun hehehe...

Today timbang di rumah beratku dah 75.2 kg.

Tak sabarnya nak berat turun ke 65. Lagi 10 kg to go~ 

Semoga istiqomah dalam mengawal pemakanan. After all, perut tu punca penyakit. We are what we eat, right?

Aku bab exercise insya Allah ok. Rajin.
Bab makan susah sangat nak control. Sebab tu masa training dgn Kak Yantee dulu berat lambat turun. sebulan sekilo je. Masa tu memang tak control makan. Lagipun breastfeed Raiq lagi... Still, berat boleh turun kalau consistent exercise... cuma LAMBAT. 5 bulan baru turun 5 kg, ko rase?? hahaha

Under Jack's training memang hari2 dia timbang berat sebelum training and selepas training. Dia akan pastikan berat kau mesti turun at least 0.3kg dari awal sesi sampai abis sesi hari tu.

Then if next day berat kau naik banyak, siap sedia nak kena denda naik tangga turun tangga macam nak gila. Penat gile weh yang ni. Aku sampai merangkak-rangkak naik tangga dibuatnya kahkah. Gile betul. 

And dia akan tanya ko makan ape arini, pastu bebel2 bab makan bla bla... so secara tak langsung ko CUBA gak la control makan cos tak nak kena denda teruk and kena bebel. kehkeh...

Kebetulan pulak nak raya kan... tapi aku pergi training ni bukan just nak kurus je. Aku nak fit jugak. 

Antara sebab aku pilih gym; 
a) Nak fit. Supaya boleh berjalan jauh-jauh tanpa rase letih
b) Supaya ada strength. Boleh angkat budak tanpa lenguh
c) Sebab nak ada toned body. Lawo! hihihi...tak dapat body idaman, dapat sikit-sikit pun jadi le

Alhamdulillah. Still alive and breathing to write stuff up in my blog.

It has been quite a tough few weeks for us.

Started with me and Razin having diarrhea... Few days bad, few days ok... then it started back again. It was tiring. Razin even exploded at his kindy. Poor teacher Nadia has to clean up his mess.

Next, Raul and Raiq was also contracted with the virus. Yes it was virus. I thought at first it was the water we drank (baru pasang Cuckoo last 26th Sept)

Poor Raiq, few morning I woke up finding his diaper was full and the watery stool leaked all over him and the mattress while he was still sleeping.

Poor me too cos man, it was so exhausting to clean up the MATTRESS! Dahla tilam askar yang berat tu. Nasibaik la tak setebal tilam spring.

Raiq dengan chicken pox nyer, then now cirit-birit. Kesian sangat. Kurus-kering jadinya. My poor baby :'(

However, I'm still grateful since these were all we're having right now. There are more unfortunate people right... so yes, alhamdulillah... I'm sure it will be better soon. We just have to be patient. :)

On another note, the school holiday has started so we're all in Beruas right now.

I have many things to write about but now macam stuck. Don't know how to start.

I was browsing video journals on Youtube just now (at the shop) and I am so touched by Aida Azlin's vlogs. So inspiring... and how I envy her confidence, her wisdom... she'd just turned 30 and she's at the high point in her life where she seems to know what she wants.

And me? I'm 32 and sometimes I question myself, what do I really want at this point of my life?

What makes me happy?

What drives me?

Truth be told, sometimes I don't even know what I want.

I filled my time with things, stuff, hobby that makes me happy (for a while). Man... I was so busyyyyy

But there's this void that... no matter what I do, I still feel empty (?). Entahla. Don't really know how to explain...

Maybe in the midst of handling my children, my business, my life.... I lost part something.

Part of me(?).


I don't know.

I wish I could shake off the uneasy feeling. :(

Dah 1hb Januari 2017 dah kome oi... aku ni punye la dok tangguh tangguh nak update blog sampai dah masuk tahun baru dah pun. huhu....

Takpelah, just a quick update. Catatan peristiwa supaya aku tak lupe...


Aku dah berjaya naik Bukit Engku Busu pada 23hb Nov 2016 yang lepas with Kak Yantee, her daughter (darjah 3 xsilap) and Kak Nina.

Penat nak mampus and I scratched myself when going down the hill. Jatuh! hampeh...

Best la jugak cos view cantik. Masa ni tobat tak nak naik dah hahaha...


First time naik lepas last naik masa aku Form 5 (2002)
So di usia 31 tahun ni, 23hb Nov 2016 ni tarikh bersejarah jugakla haha

Suke view atas ni. Aman je...
Tu leh nampak pengkalan TLDM Lumut...




Kak Nina and Kak Yantee. Aku la yang bawak kuetiow goreng tu haha... cos tak sempat breakfast. Nasib tak pengsan haha


Aku ada naik lagi Bukit Engku Busu ni dengan Amirul pada 22hb Dec 2016 yang lepas. Gambo takde cos aku tak share kat FB, bateri pun kong masa tu. Ah lantak...

Masa cuti sekolah bulan 12 tu dapat naik Bukit 300 sekali and Bukit Engku Busu sekali. Both trips was accompanied by Amirul.



Ok next...

Masa cuti skolah jugak ada merayap beramai-ramai ke Taiping. Senang, dekat... hahahah... jimat duit. Tarikh: 12hb Dec 2016

Laki aku eksiden pada 19hb Dec 2016 yang lepas di Tanjung Malim.

Abis Mr Cherev total loss. Alhamdulillah laki aku selamat and takde ape-ape...


Makanya, sejak takde kereta, laki aku tido ofis je cos malas susahkan kawan dia... nasibla dah nak cuti hujung tahun... 

But looking at the bright side, bagus gak crv tu eksiden total loss. Takde la nak bayar lagi monthly mahal-mahal hahahah... masa beli mpv dulu lagi dah nak jual, tapi harga yang kedai amik adalah sama dgn hrga hutang, means tak dapat ape. So sayang nak jual.. hehe

Now, laki aku plan beli used car murah-murah yang rege dalam 5-6k so that bole beli cash. Kurang la sikit komitmen. So far dapat la wira cabuk satu hahaha.. jadila... dia nak pakai berulang je pun...

If anything goes according to plan, lagi seminggu dpt la kete Wira tu. For this week, laki aku amik MPV and aku pinjam Vios mak kejap...

First week of January yang agak kelam-kabut cos my babysitter amik leave seminggu. Aku terpaksa tinggal Raul kat Beruas lagi.

Camne nak keje if semua ada. Dengan Razin sekolah, Raiq melasak and I HAVE TO WORK.

oklah. tu je kot update kali ni. byk lagi nak type macam bebaru ni FIL sakit and kitorg kena stay kt Selayang and Batang Kali... pastu bawak bdk2 pegi Petrosains bla bla... tp xde masa nak cite cos esok aku kena bangun awal utk naik paramotor. hopefully cuaca baik and selamat semuanya.

Rajin pulak nak update blog today. Maybe sebab masuk kerja awal dari biasa, Hanis tak datang lagi so aku update la kejap.

Kat blog ni aku tak citer lagi eh yang Kak Yantee aka my trainer dah kena pindah ke daerah Kuala Kangsar? Sedih giler aku masa dia kabor... yela, aku ni dahla takde kawan sangat kan, aku kawan dengan dia je.

Lepas ni nak pergi gym, nak pergi hiking dengan sape? Nak bergossip, nak menyembang hal bini-bini askar dengan sape? Sedih wei... aku takde kawan huhu

Like today, sebenarnye aku tengah semangat berkobar-kobar nak hiking Bukit 300 tu tapi takkan la nak pergi sorang-sorang? Bahaya oi. (dahle aku ni penakut le jugak)

Pastu nak pergi gym pun, mmmm malas sebab sorang-sorang...

Anyway, since dah takde trainer, aku decide I HAVE TO CONTROL MY DIET.

That's the least I could do now that I won't be working out much? Don't know...

Target aku nak dapat below 70 kg je. Walaupun berat ideal would be 65 kg, but man, itu zaman anak dara kot? Takyah kurus kerempeng sangat (padahal susah nak capai kahkah). 

Nini sekarang dah banyak turun berat cos dia buat Just Dance and treadmill kat rumah. She is also a calorie-counter (very annoying most of the time) and control makan gile-gile. Menyampah haku. Tapi tu memang bagus la kan, berat cepat turun. Haih... semoga istiqamah untuk #ananakkurus2016

Ade beberapa hari je lagi untuk habis tahun 2016. Tercapaikah target #ananakkurus2016 tu?

Next, cerita tentang budak-budak. Razin and Raul now kat Beruas, aku hantar semalam cos Yong suruh hantar. Yong and Huurun ade kat Beruas. Yong siap bawak mak mertua dia lagi and sorang lagi anak sedara umur 6 tahun, Abg Chik. Bestfriend Razin. So that's why aku bawak le jugak Razin balik.

Jumaat nanti nak kena amik balik cos husband aku pulang and he will want to see all of his kids at home.

Weekend ni spend kat Lumut je cos ade orang nak check in homestay dua malam. Plus, last weekend dah balik Beruas, weekend ni dok je la Lumut. Kalau nak merayap pun maybe Isnin or Selasa? Kalau rajin.

Umi, my lived-in babysitter dah request awal-awal yang first week of January tu dia nak cuti seminggu. 9hb Jan baru datang kerja. Huhu... jenuh ler... Husband said, maybe tu tanda-tanda kena cari pengganti dah? Well, I hope not. Tak larat nak cari orang. Hopefully she still wanna work with us. Dia start April aritu kot. Gaji pun aku dah upkan dah. Oh well, we could only hope.

I can foresee 2017 can be a tough year financially. Well, dari segi bisnes, memang dah nampak how people are so berjimat-cermat sekarang... Again, let's hope for the best.

Razin will be 6 years old next year. How time flies. I'm getting old too. Husband would be 37? Hmm tapi lahir hujung tahun, lambat la lagi... His birthday is tomorrow by the way (8th Dec), so esok baru genap 36 years old. Wow. Dah tua. kahkah...

Went to Dr Diong's today sebab aku dah tak tahan sakit period pain.

Sakit yang lama and agak melampau bagi pendapat aku. I can't even laugh or cough without feeling a sharp pain to my tummy. Weirdly, bukan area ari-ari (bawah pusat) je sakit, even area tummy pun sakit jugak if tekan-tekan. Macam rahim membengkak...

So tadi masa pergi klinik, she asked how my period was like and she did the ultrasound scan. Luckily my uterus was normal. Everything looks okay. Takde cyst ke ape (was aftraid of that)...

Maybe darah ketul-ketul banyak sangat?

Though I must say ni first time period aku sampai 2x dalam sebulan.


October punye period agak lambat sikit dari biasa (which was supposedly on 3rd)
Yang merah2 tu waktu period.
Yang hijau tu waktu subur huhu...

Aku kan takde amik ape-ape perancang, so rancang cara ni je lah.. huahua






Ni plak yang bulan November. See how frequent that is??

Before aku period Ahad lepas, aku dah start having cramps and sakit belakang since 21-22hb kot.

Terkejut gile tetiba eh hari Ahad tu aku period??




Hmm... Dr Diong bagi painkiller je. And she said if I'm still in pain after 3 days, visit her again. Maybe kena check dari 'bawah' pulak. Eee ngeri. huhu...


Sakit penghapus dosa no? Adehh... I'm still in pain. :(

Ingatkan nak update blog tentang naik Bukit Engku Busu last week... tapi next update jela...

I did ask Dr Diong, could this be because of over-exercise? Sebab aku naik bukit ke? errr.. aku ade jatuh macam nangka busuk gak masa nak turun bukit tu. Hmmm but she said from hiking should be takde ape la...

Ni macam aku ade buat abs workout yg melampau ke ape ke... well. tak jugak cos aku mmg dh selalu kot buat crunches ni. No big deal... kenapa baru sekarang nak sakit? Plus, ni bukan sakit sebab buat crunches la. Aku dh pernah rasa dah sakit workout camne, definitely tak sama.

Haihh........ semoga cepat baik. Tak larat la weiiii T_T

First time naik bukit selepas berbelas tahun tak naik bukit.

Last time masa aku Tingkatan 5 kot. Tahun 2002. Join program KRS naik Bukit Engku Busu. Nini pun join tapi dia tak naik sampai atas cos pitam 1/4 of the way haha... Sian Cikgu Nurul Ashikin tak dapat naik jugak cos have to accompany her turun bawah.

Ok, bukit yang aku naik pada 25 Oktober yang lepas adalah Bukit 300 yang kat Teluk Batik tu. Kenapa nama 300? Sebab Peak 300, tinggi cuma 300metres dari paras laut. Tapi challenging la jugak for newbies. Aku ni kan baru je nak belajar naik-naik bukit ni, tumpo le kalau naik Engku Busu terus haha

Kak Nina tu 40ish I think tapi steady jer... ni first time aku hiking so pancit gile gile..

Jantung macam nak meletup weh.
Banyak stop gakla cos tak larat, terkejut... sampai Kak Yantee risau aku pengsan, jenuh le sape nak angkut bawak turun kahkahkah


Untuk newbies, memang agak challenging la bukit ni. Tapi bagi Kak Yantee & Kak Nina, diorang rileks je. Lebih-lebih lagi Kak Nina tu selalu naik bukit Engku Busu, so setakat yg 300 ni, rileks je dia. 

Kak Yantee pun rileks je naik. Siap petang tu masuk gym lagi cos katanya dia tak rasa ape naik bukit 300. Huuuu...

There were 9 check points (9 bukit kecil)





Dah sampai puncak.



Masa kitorang naik bukit ni, kitorang naik pagi dalam pukul 8 lebih camtu. And WE WERE THE ONLY ONES there! Giler tak. Takde jumpa orang lain langsung. Nasib baik la bertiga. Bahaya wei if jadi ape-ape huhu...

So far okla cos naik Bukit 300 ni bukan mendaki je... ade jalan landai jugak, ada turun bukit gak sikit (9 bukit kecik2 xsilap). Cuma JAUH... perjalanannya agak jauh la. Tu yang aku first time naik agak penat cos bila nak sampai, tak sampai2 hahahaha.... Siap vow to myself I don't want to HIKE ever again!


Well, that was then...


2nd hiking was last 9th November. Kak Yantee ajak lagi cos it was a good cardio for me. Remember how pumped I was, I thought my heart would burst?

Okay, this time I was better! Takdela penat macam nak mampoih like the first time. Still penat, tapi okla... tak banyak stop sangat macam sebelum ni...


This time ade geng ramai sikit. Kakak kpd Kak Yantee joined too with her friend.

And there were others Chinese friends who joined us.




Penat still penat haha.. tapi better than before.

On the way turun. Slow-slow je... jaga lutut k.

Track berlecak sikit cos baru lepas hujan...


See? Kotor gile kasut cos lecak.

To note: Takyah naik bukit if baru lepas hujan. Or... pakai kasut yang aku tak sayang sangat. Haha...

Next hopefully naik Bukit Engku Busu pulak cos dah lama tak naik and view situ lagi best. Bukit 300 ni view takde mende sangat.

Just a quick update cos aku tengah free sikittttt pagi ni cos takde gym today.

Kepala bertobek cos main gunting kat kedai. Mak tak perasan cos busy ngadap komputer... ni pun Pak Ucu perasan. >_<




Blah dari kedai terus pergi gunting rambut. Tak pasal-pasal dah botak.




Nasib baik botak pun hensem yer Ajin. haha






Next, nak update tentang my fitness routine.

Okey, seperti yang aku pernah update kat blog ni. Aku start pergi gym pada bulan Feb aritu. Sampai la bulan puasa aku terus stop. Dah tak bayar trainer cos puasa, then raya.

Bulan Feb - berat dalam 85-84kg

Bulan July (raya Julai kan?) - berat aku 75kg.

Pastu Ogos takde upah trainer. Aku naik cross trainer kat rumah je KALAU RAJIN.

Then pikir-pikir balik, aih takleh jadi ni. Masih overweight (tak obese dah ok) and belum capai target (target sebenar 65kg tapi actually asalkan under 70kg, aku ok dah).

So start September. aku upah trainer again.

Fyi, sebenar-benarnya boleh je tak upah trainer TAPI!!

1. Keazaman kena kuat
2. Rajin tengok youtube and study teknik-teknik yang betul untuk weight training
3. RAJIN WORKOUT

Oleh kerana aku ni pemalas and memang kena ada pompom girl, takpe, kita melabur sikit la untuk sihat kan... secara tak langsung dapat juga bagi trainer aku pendapatan cos memang dia full time train orang.

So yeah, since dah start last month, berat aku masih maintain 75kg wakakakaka...

TAPI, aku tak kisah sangat cos aku sendiri boleh nampak perbezaan pada badan. My body is more toned and light. And I am stronger. Kalau dulu aku tak larat nak angkat berat 13kg ish, now rileks macam tak mende. See?

Aku tak kejar sangat la nak 65 kg cos now pun dah ok jer... still chubby gitu-gitu and perut buncit argh hahahaha


Work out semalam. Semalam main bicep and back.
Ni gambar weight pada lat pulldown machine seperti di bawah ni.




So pada berat 13.5 kg aku angkat sebanyak 30 kali, diikuti makin berat 18kg 25 kali and last yang paling berat 22.5kg sebanyak 15 kali.

Sekali buat dikira 1 set.

Haa kalau dgn Kak Yanti kena buat sampai 4 sets. 

Memang tak larat especially yang 22.5 kg tu tapi dia support la bila dh tak larat sangat.

That's why aku suka ada trainer. Dapat push diri sendiri dengan dorongan dia.


Aku ingat lagi, masa mula-mula pergi gym nak angkat 13.5kg tu pun cam nak haup nak abiskan 3 sets. Sekarang angkat 30x takde rasa mende pun. Yeay Mak kuat! XD





Ni kalau main kaki... if main kaki, satu hari tu memang just work out kaki jela or orang panggil 'Leg day' cos ko tak larat dah nak buat benda lain.

Leg workout sangat-sangat bagus untuk slimkan kaki gemuk. Tapi standardla if lepas tu kaki tu macam jelly or jalan mengengkang and tak larat gilaaaa. That means it works lah.

Leg day aku adalah pada hari Khamis & Jumaat cos ada weekend untuk recover hehehe...
Kalau buat awal minggu takut tak larat nak pergi gym dah pastu.



Beria kan? Beli gloves bagai hahaha... poyo jer.
Beli cos nak bergayut la konon-konon, tapi gloves ni tak best sangat cos murah. Still sakit tangan. Nak yang best kena beli glove harga seratus lebih tu.. nak buat deadlift pun best.

Sebut tentang deadlift, start last week Kak Yanti dah masukkan deadlift tu dalam benda yang aku kena buat at least twice a week? i dont know.

Fyi, Kak Yanti ni ratu deadlift. Dia memang gile angkat berat... =D

Badan kecik je tapi kuat oo.. dia tengah nak influence aku la ni hahaha...

Then angkat 20 kg, 10/10

Tu last week yang aku tak larat gile.

Semalam aku tak angkat dah 10kg, but angkat 20kg & 25kg.

Haaa amekau.
