1. Aku sangat pantang bila orang dok komen pompuan tak kerja makan gaji and duduk rumah jaga anak ni RILEKS. Rileks ke??? Kalau anak dah besar, mungkin juga. Tapi kalau anak masih kecik, takde makna rileks di situ yer... lagi2 plak aku bukan SAHM xbuat ape. I'm a WAHM. I generate income from home. Walaupun tak banyak, tapi ade la jugak dari takde ye x? :p


2. Jangan tanya sapa supplier aku. Ini pantang orang-orang yang berniaga. Cer tanya orang lain yang berbisnes. Ade ke deme nak citer? huhu... So tak perlu la tanya soalan macam ni ya cos confirm jawapannya takkan menyenangkan hati anda.


3. Pantanggg sangat kalau berdepan orang yang tak bertimbang rasa. Seriously, do not mess with me. Nak diskaun, kita dah bagi setakat termampu. Nak free postage, pun aku bagi jugak. Tapi paham-paham sendiri la kalau free pos tu camne.. kalau dah namanya barang besar, bulky and kalau poslaju makan puluhan ringgit, memang tak dapek la aku nak 'poslaju'kan...  Maka, aku guna pos parcel. Pos parcel ni kawan-kawan, amik masa dalam seminggu kalau korang tanya Poslaju berapa lama barang sampai. Kadang-kadang 3,4 hari je tak sampai seminggu. Depends kawasan pulak. So, aku sangat pantang kalau orang asyik tanya bila nk dpt barang kalau TRACKING NUMBER aku dah bagi pada hari yang aku pos tu. And aku dah gitau yang pos parcel amik masa seminggu di within Semenanjung. Silalah check sendiri. Adoi laaa...

Aku dah bole bertolak-ansur bagi free pos tapi nak check sendiri barang tu kat mana pun tak boleh ke? Bukannye tak bagi tracking number.. kalau tak bagi tu memang patut la nak bising-bising kan.

Barang pos hari Selasa lepas. Memang aku selalu bajet pos parcel ni barang sampai minggu seterusnya. Hari ni hari Ahad. Adakah expect barang sampai hari Jumaat?? Memang tak dapek la...

Maka, silalah bersabar... kalau dah pos insya Allah sampai jela... selama aku pos-pos barang ni tak pernah lagi barang hilang dalam perjalanan (Nauzubillah). Paling-paling teruk barang tu return balik kepadaku sebab tak dituntut.


Ok.

Tiga je buat masa ni.

Nanti aku nak tambah, aku tambah.

Boba 3G Review

Yeayeahhh... Another baby carrier for us! I know I've already have 2 Ergos, but another one wouldn't hurt right? Plus, I'm letting go my purple Ergo so another brand of baby carrier is very much welcome to my humble home. hehehe...

Boba carriers come in 4 printed designs and 3 plain colors. I chose Lila cos the design is in purple color. Since the Ergo I'm letting go is Mystic Purple, so let Lila be the replacement! =)

Initially, I was about to choose Soho... but I end up with Lila instead.

They are all really cute designs! Pening nak pilih... hehe...

I love trying on baby carriers so once I got my Boba last week, I put it on and oh... it was so comfortable!!

Since the body panel is longer than Ergo, it felt more 'secure' to do a back carry.

 

Yeah. I intentionally wore a purple blouse.

What I love the most was the fact that Boba 3G has foot straps. They are stirrup-like, agreeably great for toddlers to rest their tired legs!

"The footstraps not only give tired little legs a rest, but support the legs in a flexed abducted (froglike) position which naturally tilts the pelvis, fills out the hip sockets and aligns the spine." Bobafamily.com

The foot straps are removable. But since Razin's legs are already way past the waist band, I just left the foot straps there. The foot straps are great for toddlers like Razin. =)

 

The 'M' position is a  healthy position for growing babies that are worn by parents.

Next, I ♥ the shoulder strap holders that can keep purses and diaper bags in place! This is important for mommies so we don't have to keep pulling on our handbags strap to stay on our shoulders anymore! haha...

The right hand strap also has the same thing.

So kalau pakai handbag, letakkan tali handbag antara holder tu and snap the button.

Tada! Takde lagi tali handbag jatuh-jatuh dari bahu. hehehe...

Another great feature from Boba 3G carrier is... it can be used from smaller babies as young as 2 months old without any infant insert! (see how) How great is that? Save a lot of money too!

 

Berbeza dengan Ergo, kena pakai infant insert untuk newborn... so memang kena tambah duit lagi di situ. Sebab tu la feature yang satu ni sangat awesome! =D

It is definitely THE carrier that grows with your baby! haihhh... bile la Razin nak dapat adik ni... huahuahua...

Next, Boba 3G has a lot of pockets to stuff small belongings like a wallet, mobile phone, handkerchief or keys. There is the small zippered pocket in the front where you can store the sleeping hood. And more small pockets on the waist strap. Cool. =)

Of course it was! It's the same buckle on ERGO!!

So, YES, I agree that Boba has high quality military grade buckles! hehehe

But the wordings on the waist buckle is different tho...

This is how it looks when folded. Yeah, I always fold my SSCs since I hate seeing them scattered on the sofas, and around the house.

And know what? Boba is introducing its 'Boba carrier stuff sack' soon!

So it'll be very easy to store your carrier. 

Takde lagi bersepah-sepah dalam rumah. 

A MUST HAVE!

Can hardly wait for it to become available in Malaysia.

So, what is the conclusion?

Buy a Boba carrier if you are having a baby soon! It'll be a great help because a carrier will give you 2 free hands! And God knows how much you'll thank it for once you have a child/children!

Buy a Boba 3G if you wish for your husband to wear it too. It's daddy friendly! (As much as I recommend wraps and ring slings for newborns, but not many guys are into them, I tell you!)

Buy a Boba 3G if you are very particular on what kind of baby stuff you splurge your money on. Boba 3G is an investment. You don't have to upgrade to other carrier as your baby grows because Boba 3G can be used from newborn until your child is at least 3,4 years old! (tu pun kalau diorang nak didukung lagi la...or kalau larat lagi nak dukung! hehe... maximum weight untuk didukung adalah 20kg btw)

Don't know where to buy Boba 3G carrier??

Tapi lambat lagi... tahun depan la kot baru balik Lumut semula.

Hujung bulan akan balik ke Johor semula. Dan akan bermula kembali la ke'tension'an aku taking care of my son alone. huahuahua...

Kat Johor tu lagi laaaaaaa banyak cabarannya cos just ME and Razin when hubby went to work.

Nak tak nak kena pandai-pandai la manage.

Bukan aku tak nak jaga anak sendiri, eh of cos la aku nak jaga anak aku sendiri... tapi bila memikirkan kerja-kerja yang akan tertangguh and sometimes aku LUPA buatkan aku stress.

I think I am a perfectionist. I think I am also a control freak.

I am someone who hates to keep my customers waiting. Sebab aku sendiri tak suka menunggu.

I want to take care of my baby, but at the same time I do am committed to my current job.

Yeay... berjaya menonton The Avengers semalam.

Memang best giler ah citer dia. No wonder la ramai orang tweet cite tu best. Memang enjoyable sangat!


Filem aksi tapi banyak jugak scene kelakar dalam tu... Paling takleh blah masa Dr Banner datang dengan naik motor terhegeh-hegeh kat tempat Avengers ni berkumpul untuk fikir strategi layan The Chitauris.

Last2 banyak part kelakar pulak... hihi...

Ape pun release stress tengok movie camtu. I Like!

Eh, antara Thor and Captain America tu sape?

High back carry in Ergo

*Ergo di sini refers to Ergobaby carrier la yer. Malas nak taip panjang-panjang.

Ergo memang dikenali dengan carrier yang mempunyai body panel yang pendek.

Body panel tu ape? you might ask. Well... ianya fabric yang cover body baby kita.

Tengok gambar bawah ni:

Siap berlabel lagi tu. Ahaks.

So memang leh nampak la kan body panel Ergo ni pendek je.

***Body panel pada Ergo Performance is longer than standard Ergo.

Kekurangan body panel yang pendek adalah; ianya KURANG SESUAI dipakai oleh budak yang dah besar (toddler).

Sebab? Well, agak bahaya kalau baby tu suke menyandar ke belakang... kang meliang-liuk takut jatuh lak.

Tapi macam Razin ok je... so depends pada baby jugak la.

Razin suke hands out (keluarkan tangan) so Ergo memang perfect for him.

Kelebihan body panel panel pulak ialah ianya sesuai for handout babies and tak panas.

Tak panas tu logik la sebab body panel tu tak cover baby's full torso.

So berangin jela... hehe...

Front carry in Ergo.

Nak tunjuk yang shoulder strap for Ergo is very long.

Sila ketatkan bahagian ber'anak panah' dalam pic kalau nak high back carry.

Err... aku memang tak ketatkan shoulder strap kalau front carry sebab nak bagi 'allowance' pada bahagian dada. HAHA.

Kang ketat-ketat senak dadaku. LOL

See??

Dah pendek dah tali strap pada shoulder strap kan?

Cos I tightened it for high back carry.

This is the max I can go cos kalau ketat-ketat sangat there will be strain on my shoulders.

And for the waist strap, sila pakaikan tinggi sikit dari biase.

But make sure still selesa la yer...

Aku kekadang kalau back carry guna Ergo memang aku positioned the waist strap around my waist (eh dah nama pun waist kan??). Tak... patutnya letak kat your hip instead of waist for better weight distribution and so that takde la sakit pinggang ke hape...

Tapi aku pakai camtu takde la sakit pinggang pun. So depends pada orang jugak. ;)

So tu je nak citer...

Kalau budak dah besar still relevant pakai Ergo. Pandai-pandai la adjust macam aku buat tu ikut keselesaan sendiri.

Kalau tak ok jugak, kena beli preschool/toddler punyer carrier la. Memang confirm-confirm sesuai untuk budak besar. hehe...

But as for me, Ergo is a good carrier.

It's for keeps!

Plus, I just loved their lovely prints (Petunia Pickle Bottom series). 

=)

 I hope my son would still love to be carried at least until he's 3 years old.

And I do hope I'll have more offsprings so that I wouldn't have to sell the lovely carriers I have.

Ergobaby carrier: New Generation

I just got my new Ergobaby carrier last week like I wrote in this ENTRY.

Like I wrote earlier, there were some new changes on the buckles of Ergo carriers. Not just the Petunia series, but also to other Ergo carriers as well. I know cos I took a peek on my customer's Ergo. hihi...  Ferry tak marah kan? =p

Anyway, here's the pictures of my AUTHENTIC Ergobaby carriers:

 

1st thing first, the box.

There should be stickers on the serial numbers or from which company/distributor you bought it from.

MESTI ADA kalau nak tau ori ke tak.

No box? Then the Ergo you bought could be a counterfeit ones ;)

Next, let's take a look at the buckles!

There sure is some new changes! This was what surprised me at first. I'm used to blogs/websites telling people how to spot fake Ergos and since this is a new thing, I thought I share it here. Plus, even counterfeits Ergos also has imprints! 

But then the previous version has been around for some time so it's not a surprise if you found counterfeit Ergo that is very very similar to the authentic ones.

Waist buckle.

NEW IMPRINT on the female buckle!

Lagi cun oke...

The waist buckle.

The female buckle was turned on the other side.

Just a small etching at the corner. Tak tau simbol ape...

 This is the male buckle. Different than the previous version.

And there's no STEALTH wording in the middle strip.

FYI, the previous version's buckle is like the picture below:

 However, even the counterfeits have this same buckle design!

I guess maybe that's why Ergo made new buckles.. ;)

Same logo on the shoulder buckles.

Next, take a look at the zipper pull.

Since my Petunia doesn't have any zip on it, so here's the picture of my Ergo Original zipper pull:

There should be logo on the zip.

And also take a look at the Ergobaby label there.

However, I've encountered knock offs Ergo that has the same logo and zipper pull.

So it's really hard to distinguish as well.

 Sleeping hood.

Has elastics at the sides.

And there were 5 snap buttons at the hood straps.

 

 

 The serial numbers is the dead giveaway.

The serial number from your registraion card must MATCH the one at your box.

It also must MATCH the serial number from the label sewn inside your Ergo.

I bought this last Feb from US.

 

Label from Ergobaby carriers Petunia Pickle Bottom - Frolicking in Fez

Bought this from my supplier since I decided to sell Ergo in my online store.

 What are these?

These are the labels from the inside of your Ergo carrier's pocket (to stuff the sleeping hood).

There should be serial number (BC ****), when it was manufactured i.e EBC2011103143 means the carrier was manufactured on 30th Oct 2011 and where it was made from (China for Original and Sport, India for Organic and Performance as stated in Ergo website)

Most FAKE Ergos doesn't have a serial number. 

And if some did have serial numbers, the numbers wouldn't match the card and the box that came with the purchase.

 

 The safety label on genuine Ergo.

Not as important as I have seen FAKE Ergos having the same label positioned at the inside of waist strap.

Boleh plak benda alah tu Made in China, tapi tulis kat label 'Made in India'??

Teruk betul!!

Kesimpulannya, buy your Ergo from the authorized sellers.

Mama Panda Store sells genuine Boba and Ergobaby carriers.

For Ergo, our supplier is the same as Tiny Tapir okeh.

Kalau tak caya meh beli... hihihi... (sistem kutu pun ada tau!)
