Woohoo! It's Thursday already. Esok dah Jumaat. Dah nak kena balik Johor. Waaaa tak suke.

Tak suke sebab takde kawan.

Tak suke sebab aku tak berani kuar sorang-sorang, drive sorang-sorang (with Razin).

Sebabnye, tak tau jalan tu satu hal, then nak kuar rumah pun susah cos kawasan rumah tu sempit. Aku ni bab nak kuar parking and parking kereta tu memang hampeh sikit la. Kalau ditambah dengan tempat sempit, memang ya ampun... Laki aku pun kata takyah bawak kereta hatta parkingkan kereta sekalipun cos porch sempit! Kalau tutup pagar betul2 pintu pagar tu kena kereta kitorang. huhu...

Maka, aku tak suka la dok Johor cos merap dalam rumah je. Nak kuar beli itu ini pun susah.

And aku cuak jugak cos Razin mesti akan lain bila balik Johor... mesti meragam and clingy tahap gaban cos takde Abang Amirul yang suke main ngan dia dah.

Tak suke cos mesin basuh manual. Kena tunggu air penuh, kena check dah abis pusing ke belum untuk drainkan air and spin... hampeh. Me no likey time consuming task like that.

Mmmm... tapi kena balik gak. Sabau jelah...

 Lagi ape aku nak komplen?

Ermmm...

Dahla. Cukup-cukup la tu.

Jom sejukkan hati dengan melihat gambo Razin... hehe...

Dugaan

Saingan dalam perniagaan tu biase la kan... Normal. Bizz ape takde saingan?

Tapi bagaimana pula kalau saingan kita tu letak harga melampau-lampau murahnya dan menyusahkan other sellers (and kita sendiri) yang bermodal kecik?

Setiap barang ade recommended price yang kita kena ikut. Takleh sesuka hati letak price ikut sedap tekak kita. Sama kesnya kalau letak harga mahal, memang salah. Letak harga murah (walaupun ramai la orang suka!) tetap salah kerana tak beretika.

Aku sedar, rezeki kita Allah yang bagi. Ada usaha, ada la hasilnya. Tapi sedikit sebanyak bila berlaku perkara begini, kita akan rasa demotivated. Bendanya belum terjadi lagi, but I think IT WILL happen cos seller ni memang terkenal dengan 'memotong peluang orang lain' cos offer harga melampau murah. Kalau sekadar persaingan sihat, aku tak kisah pun. Biase la.. tapi bab harga tu la...

Kita ni dahla modal kecik-kecik je... susah nak lawan orang modal besar. Siap ade kerjaya tetap sebagai kakitangan kerajaan. Kenapa lah nak kacau periuk nasi orang jugak... aku tak jual pun barang yang kau jual walaupun minat sangat-sangat. Tapi kau nak jugak jual benda yang sama. Haihhh. Patut la ramai orang tak suka kau... Now bila aku terkena sendiri baru la faham.

Tak sangka cos I was ok with her... Regular customer le jugak... Siap add masuk group aku...

Mmmm...

Tah la...

Bukan senang oh...

Kena kuatkan semangat.

And kena mantapkan lagi la pengurusan and marketing.

Comparison between Boba 3G and Ergobaby carriers

Entry ini dihasilkan because I received a lot of emails asking me which carrier is better?

Boba or ERGObaby?

Frankly, I love both Boba and Ergo. That's why I sell both! haha...

I use both too... One in car, one in the house. Rotate usage...

But my personal favorite is still Ergo, I think. Simply because Ergo is the 1st brand of ssc I own... and I'm used to having waist buckle on the side instead of at the middle of your back (as in Boba).

Please refer the pictures below...

 

Waist buckle on Ergo (other types of Ergo also the same) is on the right side.

I'm used to this and I found this really easy to use.

 

Waist buckle on Boba 3G is at the middle of your back.

Takes practice to do this easily and quickly.

Of course, you can always adjust the buckle of you want to position it on your side...

But there will be extra webbing etc... nak kena gulung2 la ape la.

The waist strap in Boba is longer than Ergo.

However, there is no safety strap for Boba's buckle.

As for Ergo, each of its buckles (shoulder straps and waist's) has safety loop. A safety measure in case of broken buckles or you accidentally unbuckles.

Search youtube for instruction manual how to wear Ergo and you'll know what I'm talking about.

*I barely use it tho... heehee*

Next, the body panels.

Boba has higher body panels than Ergo.

Especially if you compared it to a standard type Ergo (Ergo Original/Organic)

 Top: Boba 3G - Lila

Underneath: Ergobaby Original - Purple Mystic

As you can see from the pic above, Ergo has wider waist band

Boba is taller by a a few inches.

However, if you compare Boba 3G with my Ergo Organic in Petunia Pickle Bottoms (PPB) series, there is very minimal difference on the height.

Obviously the PPB series has higher body panel than standard Ergo.

Underneath my 'Frolicking in Fez Ergo' is Boba 3G

Not much difference!

Boba looks taller because of the curvy design. =)

 Unless if you took the picture from this angle, it'll look like Boba is much higher than Ergo PPB.

But to me, nahhh... insignificant difference! (please refer back to the picture before the above pic haha)

Can hands-in too... (if your baby chose to do that)

First time tidur dalam Ergo di posisi dukung belakang (back carry).

Selama ni tido kalau dukung dari depan je (front carry).

Penat sangat la tu sampai ternganga-nganga mulut. Haha

Ok, back to the comparisons...

Apart from Boba's having foot straps and shoulder strap's holder, Boba can be used from newborns (as young as 2 months old or 7lbs)

The unique design can shorten the Boba's body panel so that it can fit smaller baby.

See the snap buttons I circled?

Just snap 'em!

 Tada!

Shorter body panel... shorter than Ergo, of course.

Suitable for newborn hold.

These features is not available in Ergo.

You have to purchase infant insert for small babies.

What else eh...

Hmm...

I guess it's all a matter of preference.

Try both carriers if you can and decide which one you like better. 

Actually,

I only found out by today that the PPB's Ergo is taller than the standard one. 

Funny rite?

Well, that's because my baby was comfortable sleeping in my PPB's Ergo..

He's already 14months and quite tall... so I wonder why people always says Ergo's body is short and not suitable for older baby?

Here's Razin... sleeping in Ergo.

And it doesn't seem that short to me.

That's when I checked all my carriers and compare.

Yes, Ergo is shorter than Boba's. But the PPB Ergo has very minimal difference.

The shortest one is the standard size Ergo.

Plus, Ergo Performance also has higher body panel than the standard ones.

The conclusion is, NOT ALL ERGO HAS SHORT BODY PANELS.
Other types of Ergo is almost/just the same height as other 'high' body panel's carriers.

Of love and SOHO ideas

Cinta hati bakal pulang malam esok (eh malam ni la cos sekarang pun dah lepas kul 12 tgh mlm). Rindu... lama tak jumpa. Dah sebulan tau! Last time I saw him was last April 17th. Memang genap2 sebulan.

Tapi still ok jer... orang dah selalu kena tinggal cam aku ni dah biasa. Plus, I'm staying with my family. Kalau aku and Razin sesorang je, mau tension gak hehe...

So tomorrow I'll be in Lumut sampai next week I guess... Hubby nyer exams this Monday. Dia tak study pun katanya... weekend sempat ke study? hmmm... Esok gerak ke Lumut tak bawak Razin. Tunggu Ahad ke Sabtu ke baru amik Razin kat Beruas. Bagi space sikit kat Mak and Ayah ni. hehehe...

Ade banyak benda yang nak dibincangkan. Especially about the house. Masih belum cukup tenants. So sesapa yang tau kot-kot ade orang cari bilik sewa di area Lumut or Manjung holler-holler la. Memang nak cari short term je cos maybe tahun depan dah balik Lumut semula. But hey, banyakkkk bulan lagi la... kalau balik pun tgh tahun depan kot.

Sebenarnya tak sabar sangat nak balik Lumut for good. Kalau ikutkan hati, aku nak je dok Lumut. Malas balik Johor. Sebabnye senang nak balik Beruas (and leh tinggal Razin kat sana kalau aku rasa aku nak buat banyak keje hehe), poslaju senang, orang nak datang umah tengok barang pun senang cos umah tu insya Allah kemas je. haha... umah kat Johor tak berani nak ajak orang datang cos kecik and penuh barang-barang :p

Tapi tu la... ikutkan hati memang camtu. Then bila memikirkan balik sanggup ke berjauhan dengan suami lagi? rasenya memang takmo la. huhu... Rindu! And susah... sian Razin nanti ngan bapak sendiri tak kenal.

Anyway, oleh kerana aku takleh tido lagi (biase ar... sekarang memang susah gile nak tido memalam cos lepas Maghrib je confirm aku tido sejam dua :P), aku pun google-google la idea untuk plan aku bila balik Lumut for good nanti.

Nak ubahsuai bilik tidur tingkat bawah jadi small office home office (soho)! hehe...

 

 I love this one.

Tapi drawers tu memang aku akan ubah la...

Nak sliding glass atau plastic yang transparent (or almost transparent).

Senang nak tau setiap tempat tu aku simpan ape. hehe...

Jars shelves kat kanan tu will totally be removed.

 

Ni pun ok gak.

Of Hari Guru and a flash from the past

Since sekarang ni dah pukul 1 lebih, belated Hari Guru lah yer... hehe...

Managed to whatsapp Cikgu Mona and text Cikgu Saripah. Both takde reply. Busy le gamaknye... takpun terus terlupa cos aku wish tgh malam... pas kul 12. hihi...

Petang tadi lepas Mamito balik sekolah, she showed us what she got (pressies). Pastu Mak gitau that hubby texted him wishing 'Happy Teacher's Day'.

Then, tak ku sangka, Mamito also told me he got a text message from my ex, MZ too. Woo hoo. Pelik. Lama tak dengar khabar berita... tapi bagus la, ingat jugak kat Mamito time hari guru.

Baru seminggu yang lepas kot I got to know that he was engaged. Lame dah engaged nyer... last March. Tapi baru last week aku tau... yela, bukan ade kontek sangat pun untuk tau citer... ntah camne aritu leh terpandang FB profile and tertengok gambar engagement. (tupun kejap je.. esoknye aku nak tunjuk kat Mamito dah takde. kena lock tak bagi aku view kot! HAHA)

Ade perkara yang kelakar sebenarnye... tapi takpela... malas nak tulis.

Ape-ape pun I wish him the best of luck and congrats on the new status. Moga-moga lepas ni takde la issues cos dah confirm 'terikat' with his beloved. Again, aku tetiba tersenyum balik.

Takpela. Let's just keep it to myself. =)

Yang pasti, aku pun lega jugak dia dah bertunang. Haha... 

Well, to those yang ikuti my story from early 2007 or 2008 will know about him. Tapi dulu blogging kat friendster la... dah tak wujud dah pun link blog tu hehe...

I'm happily married now... bagi aku what's past is past. Tho aku leh je kawan macam biase with all my ex(es)... no biggie. Sebab bagi aku, we learned from experience kan... and we're now matured adults. Don't act like kids... I hope his other half will no longer think of me as a threat etc (yeahhh, even when I'm already married. And a mother to my child!). Tak koser mak oiii...

Point di sini sebenarnye nak citer ialah; REZEKI, JODOH, AJAL MAUT semuanya di tangan Allah... kita ni hanya manusia yang meminjam dunia ni je...

Kalau bercinta bertahun-tahun tapi dah takde jodoh, what can you say? Janganla sebab sayangkan hubungan yang 'dah lama', you stick to each other walaupun there's so many conflicts.

Broke up after what, 5,6 years of being together was a blow. But I never regret anything. Maybe we're just not meant to be together.

Segala yang berlaku, ada hikmahnye...

Yes, as cliche as it sounds, that phrase is so freaking true.

Yang penting, lupakan perkara-perkara remeh silam. Concentrate on your new, exciting life ahead with the ones you loved. Make plans... Maafkan orang... And insya Allah you'll be happier... hidup pun aman tenteram je.

p/s: And to that 'someone', stop feeling insecure. I'm sure he loves you more than he loves himself. So chill k...

Perkara lama tak buat...

Another thing yang aku dah lama tak buat sejak beranak is watching movies on the telly. CSI ke, House ke... (my kind of show) memang lama gila tak tengok.

Selain dari takde masa, antara sebab lain yang utama ialah my husband does not watch that kind of show. Dia tak tengok citer-citer omputeh ni sangat... tak abis-abis drama melayu kat TV3, cerekarama, Naruto, Doraemon, Shin Chan...

Maka? Aku pun layan jela citer-citer yang husbandku tengok. Dia memang giler tv. Takde tv udah macam orang pompuan PMS. Semua tak kena... aku lak jenis tak kisah sangat bab tv AS LONG AS I HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION. hehe...

Ok, dipendekkan citer, malam ni aku baru dapat layan citer 'I am Number Four'. Petang tadi layan citer 'Ramona and Beezus' (yer ke camtu tajuknye... lupe dah). Almaklum, umah kat Beruas ni ada channel movies cam HBO tu (thanks to Nini). So melayan la...

Seronok.

I was really engrossed. Huhu... lama gile tak spend masa tengok citer kat tv yang menarik. Rasa pathetic pun ada jugak. Sampai Nini heran tetiba aku melekat depan tv (selalunya ngadap laptop je 24jam) and tanya, "Ko tengok citer ape ni?". hehe... heran dia. Cos aku memang jarang tengok tv. :)

Razin tido awal malam ni. Dari sejak lepas Maghrib dah macam ngantok tapi dia lawan... main-main dengan Amirul. Aku lak pas Maghrib sempat membuta kejap. Kekonon nak bagi Razin tido sambil breastfeed dia, tapi aku yang padam. Razin elok je lepas main-main menyusu, bangun berkejar-kejar.

Hmmm...

Risaunye time nak balik Johor nanti. Mati la aku nak melayan ke'clingy'an Razin nanti. Dah biase ramai orang, tetiba nanti just dia ngan aku je kalau hubby pergi keje. Aiyoooo...

Doa cepat-cepat dapat adik yer Razin. =P

Saje je nak citer tengok tv. tu je. Hihihihi...

Eh, alang-alang dah citer tentang Razin and Amirul meh nak tempek gambo sikit...

I read this book a few days ago.

Nini yang beli...

Kalau nak tau, dah LAMAAAAAAAA giler aku tak baca buku cerita.

Sangat-sangat lama ok.

Since dah ada anak, ntah.. rasa macam tak cukup masa untuk diluangkan dengan membaca. 

I prefer to go online than reading books.

So, bila dah lama tak baca buku, slow sikit nak melekat.

Baru 14 muka surat dah ngantok.

Then baca lagi...

Pastu anak jaga nak susu+terberak+nak Mak, aku letak kejap buku.

Sampai hari ni aku tak jumpa buku tu dah.

Mana pergi eh???

Geram tau.

Aku nak bace!

Dah memalam buta takleh tido ni elokla baca novel kan?

Razin pun dah tido...
