"a.ah..hari tue cuba nk ganti puasa separuh hari jer..badan dah ketar2 cam mana nie...huhuhu" Mommy D

"Jgn risau kalo direct feeding, pasti bleh tahan...sediakan kurma, kismis byk2, minum air 3ltr tu penting...quaker oat sgt buat perut kte tahan lapar...dgn perut kosong jamahlah kurma 3 biji...then minum air masak n buat quaker oat...baru mk...n yg tmampu...elak tdo pas sahur...baik mengaji...itu yg saya buat masa puasa time preggy n bf...cuma susu ade merosot skit...amik la milk booster yer...simpan la ebm sebyk mungkin..."
